What the tree said All Jingles

Word: angry
photo of Timothys Grandma
One day I saw an awfully tall tree
And this is what it said to me:
It said "Do you see
That itty bitty bee?
That's how you appear to me."

I said "what a strange idee.
Do you see this sapling tree?
This is what you used to be.
This inconsequential bee
Provides sweet  honey
For shrimps like me!"

"Well!" huffed the tree.
"My bark's good for tea!
But my greatest charity
Lies in the shade I ably
Bestow on thee
Who only comes up to my knee!"
